Oneida Anthology Project
About the project
Shekóli swakweku! We are embarking on yet another writing adventure! We are curating an anthology that explores how our seeds, plants, and traditional foods nourish, teach, and heal us. We welcome a wide range of submissions, including short stories, poetry, songs and sheet music, photography, images of visual artwork, essays, transcribed interviews, and more.
While this anthology centers the voices and lived experiences of the Oneida community, we also welcome contributions from allies and collaborators. We ask that non-Oneida contributors thoughtfully acknowledge their positionality in relation to Indigenous communities and reflect on how their work uplifts and holds space for Indigenous people.
Submissions will be due December 17, 2025.
